1. Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
2. Affiliates
Our affiliate system allows customers to receive account credit for referring new clients. Affiliate rewards are issued exclusively as account credit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Misrepresentation, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the affiliate system is strictly prohibited. Any billing issues related to affiliate accounts must be reported within 3 days.
3. Links To Other Web Sites
Our services may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by Hostishere. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
4. Refunds
All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Customers may request a refund within 14 days after service activation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Violation of these Terms makes you ineligible for any refund. Payments made using cryptocurrency are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds, if approved, are processed via the original payment method where possible.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is prohibited. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and may disqualify the customer from future purchases.
6. Termination (Service Abuse & Acceptable Use)
You agree not to abuse our systems or networks in a way that harms other customers, our infrastructure, or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without prior notice in cases of abuse, including but not limited to participation in DDoS attacks (inbound or outbound), hosting or distributing malware (e.g., botnets such as “Mirai”), sustained abnormal network usage (e.g., exceeding 600–800 Mbit/s for extended periods), hosting illegal content, copyright or trademark infringement, fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices, sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), or any activity harmful to other users or external networks.
7. Backups
Manual backups are available for VPS services only. Each VPS may store a maximum of 2 manual backups at any given time. When a new backup is created, the oldest backup may be automatically deleted. Backup functionality is provided as a convenience feature. Customers remain fully responsible for maintaining their own independent backups.
8. Data Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all data stored on their services. Hostishere is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, system errors, or other incidents. In the event of hardware failure, we may attempt to restore data from available backups, but restoration is not guaranteed. Customers are fully responsible for all activities conducted on their services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will attempt to provide reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Support
All support requests must be submitted through our official ticket system in the customer center. We are not obligated to provide support via live chat, email, or other communication platforms. Our services are self-managed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for installation, configuration, and management of their services.
