Cancellation Policy

Introduction

A “Consumer” means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession. The following rights apply to Consumers when purchasing our services.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marcel Neufeld, c/o Block Services, Stuttgarter Str. 106, 70736 Fellbach, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If services have already begun during the withdrawal period at your request, you shall pay an amount proportional to what has been provided until the time you communicated your withdrawal compared to the full coverage of the contract.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. It can also expire early when we have fully performed the service with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
